Job Description
- Contact patients
- Receive and respond to inbound and outbound calls
- Verify HIPAA
- Introduce and explain the clinical service and transfer or schedule the call
- Work closely with the clinical team and take appropriate actions and use critical thinking skills to escalate calls to appropriate parties when needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High school diploma required
- Current and active California licensed pharmacy technician
- PTCB (Preferred)
Expectations
- Support the clinical team in providing outstanding patient service.
- Ability to communicate with the population served, utilizing age specific techniques. Special projects or other assignments may be given with expectations to be completed in a specified time frame
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and must be able to operate computer/multiple screens to input and retrieve data.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meet productivity and performance expectations set forth by manager
- Minimum High school diploma required
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently or with a team
- Must have strong public speaking skills and be able to deliver daily presentations over the phone

- Outpatient/Inpatient pharmacy setting
